摘要
磨矿分级给矿系统是一个具有纯滞后的多变量系统,采用常规控制方法来控制磨矿分级给矿系统中的给矿设定值,很难获得满意的控制效果。针对磨矿分级给矿系统的特性及控制要求,提出了用模糊优化算法得到给矿设定值和用传统PID控制器实现闭环稳定给矿的控制方案,最后给出了控制系统的实现。实践表明,采用模糊控制与传统PID控制相结合的串级给矿控制系统能很好地优化给矿设定值,控制效果良好。
The ore grinding,classifying and feeding system is one kind of multi-variable delay time system,it is difficult to reach satisfactory control effects by using conventional control method to control the ore feeding set point for the system.Aiming at these features and control requirements of the system,the control strategy of obtaining ore feeding set point by adopting fuzzy optimization algorithm,and realizing stable closed-loop ore feeding with traditional PID controller is proposed,and the implementation of the control system is given.The practice shows that the cascade ore feeding control system combining fuzzy control and traditional PID control is able to optimize the ore feeding set point and achieve better control effects.
