摘要
文章研究了模糊控制在锡石-多金属硫化矿磨矿分级系统中的应用.磨矿分级系统控制的最终目标是获得最佳的分级溢流浓度和粒度.为了实现这个目标,设计了一个双输入双输出的二维模糊控制器,并采用模糊优化算法得到给矿量的设定值和排矿水量,很好地实现了对分级溢流浓度和粒度的控制,同时达到了节能降耗的效果.另外整个控制系统采用了串级控制的方式,提高了系统抗干扰能力,增加了灵敏度.
The application of fuzzy control to a grinding-classification system in a cassiterite -polymetallic sulfide ore is studied in this paper. The final goal of the control to the grinding-classification system is the best density and particle size of classification overflow. In order to achieve this goal, a two - dimensional fuzzy controller with dual-input and dual-output is designed. The fuzzy optimization algorithm is used to get the initialization of minesupply and the volume of water in exhausting minerals, which realizes very well not only in controlling the density and particle size of classification overflow but also in attaining the effects of energy saving and consumption reduction. In addition, the whole system adopts cascade control to improve the anti-interference ability and the sensitivity of the system.
