摘要
以湖南工业产业为研究对象,基于DEA评价视角,全面评价湖南工业生态效率。选取科技投入、规模程度、环境监测、政府管制、经济发展速度、资本总额6项工业生产指标,采用DEA评价法测算湖南省14个市州的工业生态效率,对选取指标进行多元线性回归。回归结果显示:规模程度、政府管制与湖南工业生态效率呈显著负相关性,经济发展速度、资本总额与湖南工业生态效率呈显著正相关性。通过对影响因素的系统分析,找到提高湖南工业生态效率的政策切入点:限制湖南工业企业盲目扩张,规范政府管制行为,助力社会经济发展,增加节能环保资金投入。
Based on Hunan industry as the research object, this paper based on the DEA evaluation perspective, a comprehensive evaluation of industrial ecological efficiency of Hunan. Select the degree of investment in science and technology, scale, environment monitoring, government control, the speed of economic growth, six measures of industrial production, the amount of the capital by adopting DEA evaluation method in Hunan Province industrial ecological efficiency of 14 city states, to select indicators for multiple linear regression. Regression results show that the scale degree, government regulation has significant negative correlation with Hunan industrial ecological efficiency, the speed of economic growth, and the amount of the capital of Hunan industrial ecological efficiency was significantly positive correlation. Found through analyzing the influence factor of system, improve the efficiency of Hunan industrial ecological policy point： limit the Hunan industrial enterprises blind expansion, regulating the behavior of government regulation, the power of social and economic development, increase energy conservation and environmental protection investment. To promote Hunan industry ecological efficiency, and realize clean production to lay a solid foundation, in order to enrich and develop the industrial ecology theory, and promote China＇s industrial structure optimization to provide the beneficial reference.
