摘要
根据《国家农发办农业综合开发农田项目绩效评价方案》要求,基于绩效评价的视角,分析2015年芜湖市农田建设项目当前的功能、资金管理和效益,进而分析项目存在的问题,最后提出5点对策,并予以总结。
According to the national agriculture development office of agricultural comprehensive development project performance evaluation of farmland plan requirements,based on the perspective of performance evaluation,we analyze the current functions,capital management and benefits of farmland construction projects in Wuhu city in 2015,and then analyze the problems existing in the project, and finally put forward five countermeasures.
