摘要
目的:探析血小板衍生生长因子BB(platelet derived growth factor-BB,PDGF-BB)与尿紧张素-Ⅱ(urotensin-Ⅱ,U-Ⅱ)在子痫前期(preeclampsia,PRE)患者中的临床检测意义。方法:根据病情将134例PRE患者分为轻度PRE(74例)和重度PRE(60例)两组,另外选取本院同期接受健康孕检的66例正常孕妇作为对照组。比较3组患者的血清PDGF-BB与U-Ⅱ的水平,分析血清PDGF-BB、U-Ⅱ、PDGF-BB联合U-Ⅱ对PRE的诊断价值。结果:轻度或重度PRE组患者的血清PDGFBB与U-Ⅱ水平均明显较对照组高(P<0.05);重度PRE组患者的血清PDGF-BB与U-Ⅱ水平明显较轻度PRE组高(P<0.05)。血清PDGF-BB与U-Ⅱ联合检测对PRE的诊断敏感性(92.4%)及特异性(93.5%)均最高。结论:PRE患者可以通过检测血清PDGF-BB与U-Ⅱ水平进行辅助诊断,血清PDGF-BB与U-Ⅱ联合检测具有较高的敏感性及特异性,值得推广。
Objective：To analyze the clinical detective significance of the serum platelet derived growth factor-BB （PDGF-BB）and urotensin-Ⅱ （U-Ⅱ） in patients with preeclampsia （PRE）.Methods：134 patients with PRE were divided into two groups according to the severity of illness,mild PRE group （74 cases） and severe PRE group （60 cases）.66 normal pregnant women received the healthy pregnancy test at the same time were chosen as the control group.The levels of serum PDGF-BB and U-Ⅱ were compared in the three groups.The diagnostic values of the serum PDGF-BB,U-Ⅱand the serum PDGF-BB combined with U-Ⅱin PRE patients were analyzed.Results：The levels of the serum PDGF-BB and U-Ⅱ in mild PRE group and severe PRE group were obviously higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of the serum PDGF-BB and U-Ⅱ in severe PRE group were obviously higher than those in mild PRE group （P〈0.05）.The diagnostic sensitivity （92.4%） and specificity （93.5%） of the serum PDGF-BB combined with U-Ⅱin PRE patients were the highest.Conclusion：The detection of the serum PDGF-BB,U-Ⅱis an auxiliary technique to diagnose the PRE patients.The combined detection of PDGF-BB and U-Ⅱhas higher sensitivity and specificity,which is worth promoting.
