摘要
在固定学年制和班级授课制的教育体制下,实训课堂教学如何满足差异化的学生,是一个亟待解决的现实问题。本文以自动生产线实训课程为例,保持原有按专业随机分班的现状,在课程分析和学情分析的基础上,探索一种把分层教学、小组合作与自主学习整合在一起的教学模式,并根据施教效果的反馈,校正、调节、树立新的教学目标等教学环节,以期改善教学现状,提高教师的教学效率,同时也提升学生的学习自主性。这种教学模式提出按综合实训能力和自主学习能力将学生分为三类,即完全自主学习组、部分自主学习组和普通组,教师根据分层的教学目标和教学内容进行分层施教与评价,学生组内进行合作自主学习。经过教学实践,证明此教学模式是出于对学生个体差异和个性的充分考虑,是较为有效、合理的一种教学模式。
In the academic year and fixed class education system,how to practice classroom teaching to meet the different students,is a realistic problem urgently to be solved. In this paper,automatic production line training course as an example,to maintain the original according to the status quo of professional random placement,based on analyzing the course and Analysis on the learning situation. A exploration of the stratified teaching and autonomous learning, Cooperative integrated teaching mode,and according to the feedback of teaching effect correction,adjusting teaching,set up the new teaching goal,in order to improve the status of teaching,improve the teaching efficiency of teachers,but also enhance the students' learning autonomy. This kind of teaching mode according to the present Comprehensive training ability and self-learning ability of students can be divided into three categories namely completely autonomous learning group,part of the autonomous learning group and the normal group,the teacher according to the teaching objectives and teaching content of layered hierarchical teaching and evahiadon of students' autonomous learning,group cooperation. Through teaching practice proves that this teaching mode is for individual students the differences and individuality are fully considered,is a kind of teaching mode is effective and reasonable.
