突发环境应急是现阶段常发事件,面对突发环境应急事件,对污染物危害程度有准确的判断,可以有效提高现场应急的处置效果,可以采取有针对性、准确性、高效性的应对措施,最大限度的减少突发事件对环境和人民群众的影响。
