摘要
分析当前国家对环境应急管理的要求和成都市环境应急管理信息化建设的必要性,结合成都市环境应急管理需求和全局信息化基础,讨论了应急管理平台的框架设计和重点业务信息化详细设计,并就用到的有关算法和模型进行了分析,给出了结论。还对系统存在的不足和未来扩展进行了分析讨论。
This paper analyzed the national requirement of environmental emergency management and the necessity of environmental emergency management platform construction in Chengdu. Combining with emergency management requirement and basis of informationization,this paper discussed the design of platform framework and detailed design of core business informationization,and the used algorithm and model are analyzed. Furthermore,the deficiency of system were discussed and solutions were put forward to solve the problems of the system.
