摘要
我国许多以河流等开放水体为饮用水源的供水厂均存在突发性移动型风险源。围绕快速、有效、经济地应对移动型风险源的工程需求,基于水源地负荷削减、长距离输水过程污染控制、水厂强化净化等关键过程,并结合风险源在线监测与预警、水厂综合管理与应急调度功能,设计建立了饮用水突发性移动型风险源应急应对系统平台。该文介绍了系统功能模块、总体逻辑关系、业务处理逻辑关系、业务流程等,并结合供水企业运营与管理特点,初步建立了基于饮用水突发性移动型风险源应急应对系统平台的工作模式。
Many drinking water treatment plants (DWTPs) use open water such as rivers as sources in China. Emergent floating pollution sources are crucial issues to exert challenges for safe drinking water provision. In order to handle emergent pollution floating sources promptly, effectively, and economically, the systems are designed and constructed on the basis of technological strategies of decreasing pollution loadings in DWTPs sources, pollution control during long-term transportation, and enhanced treatment in DWTPs processes. The other functions such as an-line monitoring and early warning from pollution sources, management and emergent dispatching in DWTPs are also included. This study briefly introduces the functional modules, the overall and the transaction processing logical relation and operation flow. Moreover, the application mode of this system is developed on the basis of the operation and management situations in domestic water supplying companies.
