摘要
目的研究开口箭与吉祥草中的挥发性成分和8种金属元素含量异同点。方法采用GCMS法分析开口箭与吉祥草中挥发性成分的种类和含量,用火焰原子吸收分光光度仪测定两种植物提取物中Na、Mg、K、Cu、Zn、Cr、Mo和Ca共8种元素的含量。结果从两种植物提取物中共鉴定了16种组分,分别占吉祥草和开口箭提取物的78.3%和88.0%。两种植物中8种金属元素有较大差异。结论吉祥草与开口箭中挥发性成分和金属元素含量都有较大不同。
Objective To analyze and compare the volatile chemical constituents and 10 kinds of metallic elements in Tupistra chinensis and Reineckia carnea. Methods The volatile chemical constituents of Tupistra chinensis and Reineckia carnea were subjected to GC-MS analysis. The contents of Na, Mg, K, Cu, Zn, Cr, Mo and Ca in Tupistra chinensis and Reineckia carnea were determined by FAAS. Results Sixteen kinds of main components were identified ,they accounted for the total content of volatile oil of 78.3% and 88.0% in Reineckia carnea and Tupistra chinensis respectively. There was also remarkable difference of contents of metallic elements among two herbs. Conclusions There was remarkable difference of components among two herbs.
