开口箭祛痰、抗炎及抑菌实验研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的 研究鄂产开口箭祛痰、抗炎及体外抑菌作用。方法 采用小鼠酚红排泌法观察其祛痰活性;采用二甲苯诱发小鼠耳廓炎症、2 ,4二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应(delayedtypehypersensitivity ,DTH)评价其抗炎作用;采用试管二倍稀释法评价其抑菌作用;采用孙氏改良寇氏法计算LD50 。结果 开口箭(14 . 9、7 5g·kg-1)具有显著的祛痰作用;开口箭(14 . 9、7 .5g·kg-1)对二甲苯诱发的耳廓急性炎症具有显著的抑制作用;但对DNCB所致小鼠DTH无明显作用;体外抑菌实验表明,开口箭对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单孢菌有明显的抑菌作用,MIC为31. 3g·L-1,对乙型溶血性链球菌等有一定的抑菌作用,MIC为12 5g·L-1;急性毒性实验表明,小鼠igLD50 为14 8 .7g·L-1,毒性很小。结论 开口箭具有显著的祛痰、抗炎活性,有一定的抑菌作用,且毒性很小。 Objective: To study anti-inflammation, expectorant and an tibacterial activities of T. chinensis in Hubei. Method: Phenosulfon phthalein e xcretion (PSP) test to observe the expectorant effect; the ear inflammation indu ced by dimethylbenzene in mice and DTH induced by DNCB in mice to evaluate the a nti-inflammation activity; MIC was determined by 2-fold broth dilution method; t heKarber measure to determine the acute toxicity of T. chinensis. Result: 14.9, 7.5 and 3.8 g/Kg of T. chinensis showed significant expectorant action, signifi cant inhibitory action towards acute inflammation induced by dimethylbenzene epi dermidis, weak antianaphylaxis action in the DTH induced by DNCB in mice; The an tibacterial result test in vitro showed that T. chinensis can significantly inhi bit Staphylococcus aureus?Staphulococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MIC:31.3 g·1-1,),and also inhibit beta streptococcus(MIC:125 g·1-1);The ac ute toxicity experiment showed that the LD50 is 148.7 g/Kg crude drugs. Conclusi on: T. chinensis showed significant activities of expectoration, anti-inflammati on, and definite Antibacterial action. Furthermore, its toxicity is low.
