摘要
随着课程改革的不断推进,探索新型教学方式,摒弃传统教学方式,势在必行。案例教学法作为互助式的新型教学方法,不仅可以提高学生的热情、参与度与主动性,培养具有较强技能的创新型人才,还能对教师的教学水平、科研能力有很大的促进作用。本文以案例教学法在质量管理课程中的应用为例,阐述案例教学的原因、实施步骤及需要注意的问题。
With the present educational reform,it＇s an inexorable trend to question the traditional teaching mode and point out the new teaching mode and new teaching method. The introduction of case teaching boosts the learning enthusiasm of students,cuhivates their initiative,sense of participation,integrative ability as well as teaching and upgrade research capabilities of the teachers. The application of case teaching is explained in the paper,qualiby management is taken as an example,and come up with some realistic meanings,organizing execution and questions about the case instructional methods teaching and relevant advices.
