摘要
少数民族大学生心理健康教育既需要常规心理教育引导,又需要体现民族关怀。少数民族大学生心理健康教育痛点表现为心理健康教育受重视程度低,心理健康教育形式化,民族院校的心理健康教育师资缺乏和心理健康教育的长效机制缺失;转变少数民族大学生心理健康教育痛点的策略是把心理健康教育纳入民族院校评价体系,发展壮大具有民族思维的专业心理教师队伍,成立专门的民族心理教育管理机构和建构少数民族大学生心理档案机制。
Minority Students' psychological health education needs not only routine psychological education, but also national care. The pain points of minority College Students' mental health education manifest that the degree of focus is low about mental health education, mental health education is formalized to minority students, the lack of long-term mechanism of national colleges and universities teachers lack psychological and mental health education; the changes of Ethnic College Students' mental health education strategy is the pain point. Mental health education into the evaluation system of national institutions, development with the growth of national thinking of professional psychological teachers, the establishment of a special national psychology education management and the construction of national psychological archives mechanism.
