摘要
本文基于地方院校转向应用型发展的大背景,对井冈山大学电气工程及其自动化专业进行创新创业能力培养探索;针对该专业创新创业相关课程体系不完善、创新创业型师资缺乏、创新创业实践平台不足的问题,采取了构建完善的创新创业课程体系、提升教师创新创业能力、搭建创新创业实践平台等措施,逐渐使电气工程专业找到了培养创新创业型人才的方法,提高了人才培养的质量。
Based on the background of the transformation development in local colleges,the cultivation of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability to electrical undergraduates is explored in Jinggangshan University.According to the problems of the imperfect curriculum system,teacher shortage and the lack of innovation platforms,many measures have been adopted,such as constructing a perfect curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship,enhancing teachers'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,establishing practice platform,and so on.The innovative and entrepreneurial ability cultivation methods to electrical undergraduates are found gradually.The talents cultivation quality is improved obviously.
