摘要
户外运动是以自然环境为场地,带有探险性质或体验探险的新型运动项目群,研究户外运动对心理健康的积极促进作用,对于提升大众心理健康水平,推动户外运动发展具有重要意义。采用文献综述法、逻辑分析法等,系统综述了户外运动对心理健康的影响。研究结果显示,户外运动有助于改善抑郁和焦虑情绪、提高心理韧性、提升睡眠质量和人际交往能力。户外运动可作为促进大众心理健康水平提升的重要手段。
Outdoor exercise is a new sport event group with the natural environment as the site that has the nature of expeditions or experiences expeditions,and studying the positive effect of outdoor exercise in promoting mental health is of great significance to improve the level of the public's mental health and promote the development of outdoor exercise.The literature review method and logical analysis method are used to systematically review the effects of outdoor exercise on mental health,and the results show that outdoor exercise helps to improve depression and anxiety,improve psychological resilience and enhance sleep quality and interpersonal skills.Outdoor exercise can be used as an important means to promote the level of the public's mental health.
