摘要 某发动机零部件生产线面临高能耗问题,能耗费用占产值的比例逐年升高,预计2017年底可达6.3%。为降低该比例至5.6%,采用鱼骨图方法,分析生产线高能耗的具体原因,并应用层次分析法对需要优先解决的原因进行排序,进而提出相应的改进措施。 A production line of engine parts is facing high energy consumption, energy consumption accounted for the proportion of output value is increasing year by year, and is expected to reach 6.3% by the end of 2017. In order to reduce the proportion to 5.6%, the specific reason of high energy consumption in the production line was analyzed by using the fishbone diagram, and the reason of the priority solution was sorted by AHP in order to put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
