摘要 阐述了TRIZ的物质场模形及应用物场变换法(76标准解法)求解问题的流程,探讨了液压活塞杆的动态密封机理,根据液压活塞杆O形圈密封、Y形圈密封和聚合体密封几种典型动态密封型式,构建了相应的物场模型,基于物场分析方法和TRIZ标准解法,进行了液压活塞杆密封问题的求解和结构实现研究,为液压活塞杆动态密封的结构创新提供了理论依据。 Su-field model of TRIZ and the problems solving flowchart using Su-field models transformation (76 standard solutions) were described,and the dynamic seal principles of hydrodynamic piston shaft sealing were discussed. The sufield models of typical hydrodynamic piston shaft sealing configuration forms such as O ring sealing, Y ring sealing and polymer sealing were constructed, and the hydrodynamic piston shaft seal problems solving and configuration accomplish were studied based on TRIZ Su-field model and standard solutions, which offer powerful theoretic guides for hydrodynamic piston shaft seal configuration improvement and innovative designs.
