摘要
采用金属磨损自修复技术不仅可以减少发动机零件的更换频率,进而降低维修成本,而且还为发动机零部件间的磨合提供了一个有效的过渡期,这对于降低发动机故障率和延长发动机使用寿命均具有重要意义。文章对金属磨损自修复技术在汽车发动机维修中的应用问题进行了一些有意义的探讨,希望对汽车发动机的维修工作能够有所借鉴。
By using the technology of metal wear self-repair can not only reduce engine parts replacement frequency,andthus reduce the maintenance cost,but also for the running-in between engine parts,provides an effective transition forreducing engine failure and prolong the service life of the engine is of great significance.This paper makes some meaningfuldiscussion on the application of metal wear self-repairing technology in automobile engine maintenance,and hopes to learnfrom the maintenance work of car engine.
