摘要
本研究对国内30多所高校的商务英语教师开展了问卷调查和访谈,进而开展了定量和定性研究。通过对商务英语教师职业发展现状的分析,将商务英语教师职业发展路径归纳为教师自身学习、教师合作和学校三方面。同时,本文对商务英语教师职业发展提出了改善建议。
Based on a questionnaire survey and interview, through a quantitative and qualitative research, this study investigates business English teachers in more than 30 Chinese colleges and universities. Through analyzing the present situation of career development of business English teachers, the study summarizes the career development paths in three aspects : teachers' self - study, teachers' cooperation and school. This paper puts forward some suggestions on career development of business English teachers.
