摘要
技术本身并不能创造提高教学效率的奇迹,教师才是实现这一目的的能动者。本文基于对国内某高校教师在教学中利用数字化教学平台情况的调查和分析,揭示出教学效率的提高仅仅靠一个数字化教学平台是远远不够的,学校政策制定者只有在决策中考虑到影响教师将技术整合于教学的诸多因素,才能够真正使新技术发挥其应有的促学目的,也才能确保利用技术推进教学改革的成功。
Technology per se cannot work miracles in enhancing instructional efficiency while teachers themselves are achievers of that endeavor. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how faculty members of English used technology in their teaching and how policymakers at administrative levels should take into consideration the factors that hamper them from utilizing technology effectively in order to unlock the potentials of new technologies to enhance language teaching and ensure success in China's ongoing technology-driven educational reform.
