摘要
计划生育政策的长期执行导致了我国当前少子化社会的形成。在此背景下,广大基础教育阶段学生的坚毅品质呈弱化状态,具体表现为自控力不足、坚持力欠缺和抗挫力弱小等。作为一项重要的"软品质",坚毅力弱化根源于少子化社会所带来的"过度保护"的家庭成长环境和"技能至上"的学校教育实践。在少子化社会,培养学生坚毅品质,需要营造"爱而有度"的家庭成长环境,也需要学校在日常教育实践中渗透坚毅教育理念,并培育学生成长型思维能力。
The long time implementation of"One Child"policy in China has resulted in a low-fertility society. Under this background,students' grit personality in basic education is weakening,and its specific performances are shown,such as lack of self-control,perseverance and anti-frustration ability. As an important"soft quality",the weakening of perseverance is rooted in the "over-protective"family environment and the"skill-first"school education practice in the low-fertility society. To cultivate students' grit personality in the low-fertility society,we need to create family environments of "moderate love",and schools should implement the concept of perseverance in the practice of daily education,and cultivate students' growing ability of thinking.
