摘要
目的:比较不同方法提取蛇鳞草功能成分的抗菌效果。方法:分别用水煎煮、乙醇回流提取、丙酮回流提取、超声辅助的提取方法对蛇鳞草进行提取,采用试管二倍稀释法分别测定提取液对6种常见细菌的最小抑菌浓度。结果:不同提取方法获得的提取液的抑菌效果均有所差异,其中超声方法获得的醇提取液和丙酮提取液抗菌效果好,超声辅助的丙酮提取方法效果最好。结论:超声辅助的丙酮提取方法为蛇鳞草最佳提取方法。
Objective: Objective: To investigate the bacteriostatic activity of the different Pronephrium Triphllum extracts in vitro. Methods: Extracting the active compounds of Pronephrium Triphllum by the method of water extracting, alcohol reflux extraction, acetone reflux, ultrasonic synergistic extraction, and investigating the bacteriostatic activity of 6 kinds of bacteria strains commonly using tube broth methods. Results : The bacte- riostatic activities were different with different extracting methods, and the bacteriostatic activities of ultrasonic synergistic extraction were higher, acetone reflux was the best. Conclusion:Acetone reflux with ultrasonic syn- ergistic extraction was the best process about bacteriostatic active compounds of Pronephrium Triphllum.
