摘要
为探讨罗汉果Momordica grosvenori叶和茎乙醇提取物对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌、白色念珠球菌的抑菌作用,样品用50%乙醇浸提,采用二分法测定样品对不同供试菌种的抑菌率。结果表明,罗汉果叶和茎乙醇提取物的浓度越大,其抑菌率越大。叶和茎乙醇提取物对绿脓杆菌的抑菌活性最好,提取物浓度达到50.00mg/mL时抑菌率分别为90.9%和76.7%;茎提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为70.2%;但叶和茎乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌、白色念珠球菌的抑菌率均在50%以下。
This article dicussed antibacterial activity of the ethanol extracts from Momordica grosvenori leaf and stem on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Micrococcus luteus and Candida albicausil. The samples were extracted by using 50% ethanal, and bacteriostasis rate was measured by bisection method. The higher the concentration of the ethanol extracts of Momordica grosvenori leaf and stem was the higher the bacteriostasis rate. The bacterio- static rate of the ethanol extracts of leaf and stem on Pseudomonus aeruginosa was 90.9% and 76.7% when the concentration was 50.00mg/mL. White bacteriostatic rate of the ethanol extracts of leaf and stem on Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus, Candida albicausil was below 50%.
