摘要
通过介绍美国加州大学洛杉矶分校戴维·格芬医学院入学方式、采用以器官系统为基础的模块式医学课程设计、注重学生临床能力的培养的高效教学管理体制,结合国内临床医学教育现状,提出对国内临床医学教育的启示:优化传统课程设置,整合基础医学和临床医学,设置以器官系统为基础的课程体系;以学生为中心,提高学生探索问题的能力;同时注重学生临床能力培养,并努力建立统一的临床能力评定标准;开展行医学课程,加强人文教育以及提高招收生源素质,以培养学生的自主学习、创新性思维和临床能力,推动国内临床医学教育的进步和发展。
Through introducing the process of enrollment, curriculum design of organ and system-based blocks, as well as the cultivation of clinical capacity of students and efficient teaching management system of the David Geffen School of medicine, University of California at Los Angeles, we compared those with the clinical medical education in China, and put forward the enlightenments: to optimize the traditional curriculum, to integrate basic medicine and clinical medicine and set the organ and system-based curriculum system. To improve students' capacity of exploring problems. To focus on cultivating clinical capacity of students and try to establish a unified clinical assessment criteria. To set doctoring curriculum learning and strengthen humanities education. To improve the quality of recruit students. Thus the students could improve their self-learning ability, innovative thinking and clinical capacity, and also promote the clinical medical education of China.
