摘要
在我国医疗机构对创新型人才的需求转变成一种必然要求的大背景下,为医学生创新创业构建良好的平台,坚持专业知识教学与科研并重已成为医学院校的必然趋势。作为医学高等教育主阵地,医学院校通过校内宣传创新创业动态,鼓励有创新意识以及想法的医学生开展科研创新活动。为培养富有创新精神且临床与科研并重的高素养医疗人才,阐述了大学生创新创业训练计划在医学院校中实施的必要性及其展露出的问题,并进一步提出了措施与建议。
Under the background that the demand of our country’s medical organizations for innovative talents has become an indispensable requirement,it has become an inevitable tendency for medical schools to set up a good platform for medical students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and to adhere to the equal emphasis on professional knowledge teaching and scientific research.As the main front of medical higher education,medical schools should encourage innovative medical students to conduct innovation activities through the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship on campus.In order to cultivate high quality medical personnel with innovative spirit and clinical and scientific research ability,this article elaborates on the necessity of implementing the college students’mass entrepreneurship and innovation training program in medical schools,as well as the problems revealed,and further proposes corresponding measures.
