摘要 随着医学知识的快速增长,医学教育模式的改革迫在眉睫。“以器官系统为中心”的整合课程模式在国外已实践多年,较为成熟,备受国内医学教育界关注。国内已有部分医学院校进行了整合式教学实践,但也遇到了诸多问题。美国加州大学洛杉矶分校戴维·格芬医学院采用“多系器官系统”整合式课程,并紧密结合“基于问题的学习”,教学成效显著。本文详细分析了该医学院的基础医学教育课程“人体生物学与疾病”板块2的理论和实践类课程的内容和结构,希望能为国内正在进行的医学教育改革,尤其为基础医学教育改革提供思路和借鉴。 With rapid increase of medical knowledge, the reform of medical education is extremely urgent. The integrated curriculum of organ-system based learning has been practiced overseas for decades and is quite mature, that has attracted attentions of medical schools in China. Some medical schools in China have carried out the reform of integrated model, and many problems have been encountered. David Geffen school of Medicine in University of California at Los Angeles has applied multiple-organ-system integrated curriculum combined with problem based learning, which has achieved remarkable results. This paper analyzes the content and structure of block 2 of "human biology and disease" course at David Geffen school, with which we hope to provide reference for the ongoing reform in medical education in China.
