摘要 探讨临床医学"器官-系统"整合课程体系改革的教学运行规律与管理方法。回顾性分析了西安交大在进行"器官-系统"整合课程改革中的教学运行管理体系创新、重建与实践的经验,教学质量评估的效果。通过建立整合课程运行与管理队伍、规范运行工作流程、制定教学指导与工作手册,创建新的教学运行与管理体系;通过建立学科系/教研室、区段负责人分工负责与协调管理制度、加强骨干教学整合课程新教学能力的培养、实施教学效果评估与政策鼓励,创建新的整合课程运行保障体系;同时重建了整合课程教学质量评估体系。上述措施有效地保障了"器官-系统"整合课程教学改革的有效推进与顺利运行。临床医学"器官-系统"整合课程体系具有自身的结构特点与运行规律,教务运行管理与质量评估体系必须创新、重建。 To discuss the practice and management method of "organ system" in clinical medicine. A retrospective analysis of the school curriculum reform in the organ system integration of teaching operation management system innovation, the reconstruction and practice experience, the effect of teaching quality evaluation. Through the establishment of integrated curriculum, standardization of operation and management team running work processes, work out teaching guidance and manual work, to create a new teaching operation and management system. Through the establishment of aca- demic departments/division of responsibilities among teaching and research section, section head and coordination management system, strengthen the backbone teaching integration of new teaching abili- ty, teaching evaluation and policy encouragement, created a new integrated curriculum operation security system. At the same time, the integrated curriculum teaching quality assessment system is reconstructed. The above measures effectively guarantee the effective progress and smooth operation of the reform of "organ system". Clinical medicine "organ - system" the structure of the integrated course system has its own characteristics and operation laws, teaching operation management and quality assessment system must be innovation and reconstruction.
