摘要
目的:评价TBL在消化内科临床实习中的应用价值。方法:消化内科实习生122人,随机分为LBL组(60人)及TBL组(62人),结束后进行问卷调查及评分。结果:TBL组学生成绩明显高于LBL组,对TBL教学满意度较高。结论:TBL在消化内科临床实习中具有明显优势,能增强学生自主学习,交流和表达能力。
Objective： To evaluate the value of TBL in clinical practice of gastroenterology. Methods： 122 interns in digestive department were randomly divided into LBL group （60 persons） and TBL group （62 persons）.After the end of the course,questionnaires and scores were made. Results：the scores of students in group TBL were signifcanfly higher than those in group LBL, and the teaching satisfaction of TBL was higher. Conclusion： TBL has obvious advantages in clinical practice and can enhance students＇ ability to learn, communicate and express themselves.
