摘要
目的:评价TBL在消化内科临床实习中的应用价值。方法:消化内科实习生122人,随机分为LBL组(60人)及TBL组(62人),结束后进行问卷调查及评分。结果:TBL组学生成绩明显高于LBL组,对TBL教学满意度较高。结论:TBL在消化内科临床实习中具有明显优势,能增强学生自主学习,交流和表达能力。
Objective: To evaluate the value of TBL in clinical practice of gastroenterology. Methods: 122 interns in digestive department were randomly divided into LBL group (60 persons) and TBL group (62 persons).After the end of the course,questionnaires and scores were made. Results:the scores of students in group TBL were signifcanfly higher than those in group LBL, and the teaching satisfaction of TBL was higher. Conclusion: TBL has obvious advantages in clinical practice and can enhance students' ability to learn, communicate and express themselves.
