摘要
师徒是职业教育史中最早的角色关系,有其复杂的演变过程。先秦时期包括原始社会、奴隶社会、春秋战国三个时期。原始社会,类师徒或师徒(萌芽)之间借助技艺学习逐渐形成了氏族成员共同遵守的惯例。奴隶社会,家传世袭制中的师徒关系具有稳定社会生产秩序的作用;职官世袭制中的师徒关系保证了职官位置世代被家族占据。春秋战国时期,自由民家庭社会细胞为巩固父子相传师徒角色关系提供了组织保障;私学师徒角色关系取代了职官世袭师徒角色关系,促进了社会进步;绝技传授师徒角色关系,因其小众,对社会进程影响甚微。
Master and apprentice is the earliest role relationship in the history of Vocational Educataon, it has a complex evolution process. The pre Qin includes three periods of primitive society, slave society, spring-autumn and warring states period. Primitive society period, master and apprentice or near master and apprentice, with skill learning, gradually formed the common convention of the members of the clan. Slave society period, some mentoring relationship is a hereditary, stabilize the social production order; Some otticial and occupation was he- reditary, ensure the ofticial position is to occupy for the family from generation to generation. Spring-autumn and warring states period, freeman family provides organizational guarantee for the consolidation of the role of mentoring relationship from father to son;Private school mentoring role relationship instead of the official and occupation hereditary mentoring role relationship, promote social progress ; Stunt imparting mentoring role, because of its niche, has little effect on the process of society.
