摘要
随着整体叶轮多轴加工技术越来越多的应用于数控加工工业生产,其不足也愈加凸显。为此,本文体出一种基于Power Mill软件整体叶轮的多轴加工技术,该技术对整体叶轮的轮廓、叶片进行优化加工,使其更高效地工作。实验证明,所提多轴加工技术具有实践意义。
With the overall impeller multi axis machining technology more and more used in CNC machining industry,its shortcomings have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,a multi axis machining technology based on Power Mill software integral impeller is presented in this paper,which optimizes the contour and blade of the whole impeller and makes it work more efficiently.Experiments show that the practical significance:axis machining technology.
