摘要
介绍后置处理的实质,即将刀位文件转换为数控系统和机床能识别的NC文件;为使在PowerMill下生成的整体叶轮刀位文件转换成HERMLE C40五轴联动数控机床(数控系统为Heindenhain iTNC530)能识别的NC文件,开发了Heindenhain iTNC530数控系统的机床选项文件(OPT文件)。仿真和实际加工结果表明,此OPT文件可成功应用于整体叶轮的五轴联动高速加工。
The essence of post-process was introduced, namely cutter location files (CLF) was converted into NC files, which can be identified by NC system and machine tools. To make integrated impeller CLF generated by PowerMill convert into NC files identified by HERMLE C40 5-axis machine tools (which NC system was Heindenhain iTNC530), the OPT file for Heindenhain CNC system was developed. The simulation and actual processing results show that this OPT file can be successfully applied in 5-axis HSM of integrated impeller.
