摘要
阐述了顺铣与逆铣的不同特点。指出普通铣床纵向进给机构普遍采用滑动丝杠限制了运用顺铣法的结构性缺陷。提出机床厂可将普通铣床的纵向进给机构改装成滚珠丝杠的建议,使之发挥更好的作用。
The difference between the climb-milling and the up-cut-milling was elaborated.The structural defect was pointed out that the use of the climb-milling method was limited by the level sliding feed mechanism of ordinary milling machine.It is proposed that the level feed mechanism of ordinary milling machine in the machine tool plant can be modified into ball screw pair,so that a greater economic efficiency is played by it.
