摘要
钛合金整体叶轮材质硬,曲面曲率较大、形状复杂,这些因素都增加了它的生产制造难度及机械加工成本。通过制定相应工艺方案,将数控机床的三轴与五轴数控加工相结合,实施分阶段加工模式,根据需要选择不同长度的刀具,选择合理的加工策略和切削参数。实验结果表明,该工艺方案有效减少了钛合金整体叶轮的加工时间,降低了制造费用,提升了加工质量。
The titanium alloy integral impeller is hard, the curvature of surface is obvious and the shape is complicated. All these factors make it difficult on its manufacuring and increase machining cost. By setting related process method, to combine 3 axis CNC machining with 5 axis CNC machining, to machine at stages, to select cutting tool of different length, and set proper machining method and parameters according to the requirements. The test result shows that this process proposal decreases time efficiently on integral impeller machining, saves manufacturing cost and promotes the quality at the same time.
