摘要
针对快速铣削刀具路径规划中产生的空切削问题,基于刀具包络面临界曲线求解算法,构建了环形铣刀在切削过程中形成的空间扫描体模型,实现加工余量模型的构建。针对加工过程中刀轴选择不当造成的机床超程问题,采用后置处理算法建立了机床行程约束模型,给出了机床超程所需要的判定条件,可为该类型机床超程分析提供参考依据。
Aiming at the problem of empty cutting in tool path planning of quick milling,this article is based on cutter envelope face boundary curve algorithm,build the annular cutter in cutting the space in the process of scanning model,and finally realizes the construction model of machining allowance.Aiming at the out-of-range problem of machine tool caused by improper selection of cutter shaft in the process of machining,the post-processing algorithm is used to establish the model of machine tool’s travel constraint,and the determination conditions for the out-of-range of machine tool are given,which provides a reference for the over-range analysis of this type of machine tool.
