摘要
采用ICP-MS法对78个都匀毛尖茶中的26种金属元素的质量分数进行调查分析。结果表明,都匀毛尖茶安全质量较高,其中Pb,Cr,Cd,Hg,As等元素均远远低于国家限量标准,合格率为100%。都匀毛尖茶中各金属元素含量差异较大,各元素含量高低顺序为:Mg>Mn>Al>Fe>Zn>B>Ti>Ni>Cu>Ba>Sr>Cr>Sn>Pb>Co>Se>Li>As>V>Cd>Ga>Sb>Tl>Bi>Be>Hg。
ICP-MS was used for 26 metal elements analysis in 78 Duyun Maojian tea samples. The result showed that Duyun Maojian tea had good quality because the contents of Pb, Cr, Cd, Hg and As were much lower than the national hygienic standard, which meant the qualification rate was 100%. There were significant differences of the contents between different metal elements in Duyun Maojian tea samples, the sequence of contents was as follows: Mg〉Mn 〉AI〉Fe〉Zn〉B〉Ti〉Ni〉Cu〉Ba〉Sr〉Cr〉Sn〉Pb〉Co〉Se〉Li〉As〉V〉Cd〉Ga〉Sb〉TI〉Bi〉Be〉Hg.
