摘要
该文基于目前镉污染状况及其对生物体和生态环境的各种不良影响,综述了环境中镉的来源、分布、生物暴露途径和人体暴露状况,分析了镉对呼吸系统、心血管系统、免疫系统、生殖系统和胚胎发育的毒性效应,概括了对镉毒性具有拮抗性的物质和其发挥作用的机制及现今尚未解决的研究难题和未来发展的研究重点。
Based on cadmium pollution, the source, distribution, the way of biological exposure of cadmium, human exposure situation were explained, and the toxic effects to respiratory system, cardiovascular system, immune system, reproductive system and development system were analyzed. At last antagonistic substances and their function mechanism on the toxicity of cadmium and the research problem which was not yet solved and the research key point of the future development were pointed out.
