摘要
目的研究在诊断肺癌中应用血清肿瘤标志物与支气管肺泡灌洗液的临床价值。方法选取我院2015年9月—2017年3月收治的26例肺癌患者作为实验组,选取我院同期收治的26例肺部良性病变患者作为参照组,所有患者均实施血清肿瘤标志物检查与均实施支气管肺泡灌洗液检查,对比两组患者经不同方式检查之后SCC、NSE、CEA、CYFRA21-1指标情况。结果实验组受检人员在支气管肺泡灌洗液中SCC(7.54±1.25)μg/L、NSE(10.21±1.05)μg/L、CEA(9.34±2.51)μg/L、CYFRA21-1(14.52±2.27)μg/L,与参照组各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者经血清肿瘤标志物检查之后SCC(9.87±0.85)μg/L、NSE(21.54±5.51)μg/L、CEA(9.68±0.65)μg/L、CYFRA21-1(12.57±1.65)μg/L,各指标与参照组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,血清中肿瘤标志物与支气管肺泡灌洗液诊断敏感性92.59%、特异性96.30%。结论将血清肿瘤标志物、支气管肺泡灌洗液应用在诊断肺癌中效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum tumor markers and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 26 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the experimental group, 26 cases of pulmonary benign lesions treated were selected as reference group in the same period. All patients were examined with serum tumor markers and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was examined, the indexes of SCC, NSE, CEA and CYFRA21-1 were compared between two groups after different examinations. Results The patients in the experimental group after bronchoalveolar lavage fluid SCC (7.54± 1.25)μg/L, NSE (10.21±1.05) μg/L, CEA (9.34±2.51)μg/L, CYFRA21-1 (14.52±2.27)μg/L was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The experimental group of patients with serum tumor marker examination after SCC (9.87±0.85)μg/L, NSE (21.54±5.51)μg/L, CEA (9.68±0.65)μg/L, CYFRA21-1 (12.57±1.65) μg/L, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). In addition, the sensitivity and specificity of tumor markers in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid Were 92.59% and 96.30% respectively.Conclusion The use of serum tumor markers and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in the diagnosis of lung cancer is significant.
