摘要
目的探讨HPV-DNA与血清SCCA检测在宫颈癌筛查中的价值。方法本文观察对象选自本院2015年12月—2018年12月期间查体的120例女性,所有女性均接受宫颈薄层液基细胞学检查(TCT)、人乳头瘤病毒-DNA(HPV-DNA)与血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)检测。结果HPV-DNA检测阳性率为20.83%(25/120),准确率为49.17%(59/120);SCCA检测阳性率为6.67%(8/120),准确率为37.50%(45/120),两种检测方法阳性率和准确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测阳性率为5.83%(7/120),准确率为96.67%(116/120),单一检测及联合检测的检验灵敏度、特异度等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HPV-DNA与血清SCCA联合检测在宫颈癌筛查中有着较高的应用价值,能够提高宫颈癌筛查的检出率,减少误诊与漏诊,为临床诊断宫颈癌提供有效参考依据。
Objective To explore the value of HPV-DNA and serum SCCA in cervical cancer screening.Methods 120 women with physical examination were selected from the hospital from December 2015 to December 2018.All of them were examined by TCT,HPV-DNA and SCCA.Results HPV-DNA positive rate was 20.83%(25/120),accuracy rate was 49.17%(59/120);SCCA positive rate was 6.67%(8/120)and accuracy rate was 37.50%(45/120).The difference between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of combined detection was 5.83%(7/120),accuracy rate was 96.67%(116/120),there were statistically significant differences in sensitivity and specificity of combined detection and single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of HPV-DNA and serum SCCA has high application value in cervical cancer screening.It can improve the detection rate of cervical cancer screening,reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and provide effective reference for clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer.
