摘要
为了了解目前高等学校学生对心理健康教育的认知与评价,我们对全国10405名大学生进行了调查。结果表明,大学生对心理健康教育内容有多样的需求,但满意度较低;对心理健康教师和心理咨询师专业性的认可度较低,对网络心理健康教育体验较差,对大中小学心理健康教育衔接情况满意度较低。学校党团组织和社团开展的活动丰富了心理健康教育模式,而任课教师、辅导员等对心理健康教育的重视程度仍显不足。高职院校学生存在自卑心理,与学生心理需求之间存在差距。当前,高等学校心理健康教育应着力提升师资软实力,重视网络心理健康教育体系建设,增强教师全员参与的积极性,完善心理健康教育大中小学衔接,树立高职与本科分类指导的教育理念。
The present study conducted an investigation among 10,405 higher education students to reveal college students' understanding and evaluation of mental health education. The results indicated that college students reported high demanding for cultivating positive psychological quality and low satisfaction with problem - oriented mental health education; students reported lower satisfaction with the professional skills of teacher resources, network mental health education, and the coherence and continuity of mental health education in primary schools, middle schools, and colleges; colleges and universities have attached attention to "all staff participation", while it cannot yet fulfill students' needs; students in higher vocational schools have the feeling of inferiority, and a gap exists between mental health education and students' psychological and developmental needs in higher vocational schools.
