摘要
20世纪80年代心理素质及其教育受到我国心理学界关注,大学生心理素质及其教育问题已经成为教育学和心理学的研究热点之一。我国一批学者在大学生心理素质的概念、结构、发展状况、教育训练等方面进行了有益探索,积累了丰富的研究成果。然而,大学生心理素质研究还存在一些问题,主要表现为理论研究缺乏整合、实证研究薄弱、研究方法单一、测量工具不够完善、教育研究有效性不高。对这些问题的反思,有助于我们明确该领域未来研究的发展方向。
Mental quality and its education receive great attention among Chinese psychologists in 1980s. College students' mental quality along with its education has already become one of hot topics in the pedagogical and psychological research, which accumulates the abundant research achievements. This paper, based on researches in literature on mental quality of college students across the time span of 20 years in China, reviewed the research methods and the relevant research contents such as its concept, structure, state of development, and its educational training. The paper also contemplated the problems existing in the current studies, and then forecasted the prospective tendency of the future study.
