摘要
随着中国进入经济新常态,产业转型升级对劳动者技能、素质提出了更高的要求。新常态下,为了解企业参与高职院校校企合作的关注点,精准推进校企融合,协同育人,提升人才培养质量,对大连市某高职院校合作企业进行了问卷调查与深度访谈。根据调研结果,提出了促进企业参与校企合作需要提高学生职业成熟度、做好校友工作、灵活调整实习时间等建议,为高职院校调整校企合作思维以及建立校企合作长效体制机制提供了实践依据。
As China has entered the new normal of economic development, the transformation of industry has proposed higher request for skills and qualities of workers. Under the new normal, to understand the focus of enterprises to participate in college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, accurately promote fusion between colleges and enterprises and cooperative education, and improve the quality of talent training, it conducted the questionnaire survey and interview in cooperative enterprises of a higher vocational college in Dalian. According to the research results, this paper suggests it should promote the career maturity of students, do a good job of alumni, and flexibly adjust practice time. It provides practical reference for adjusting college-enterprise thinking and establishing long-term cooperative system.
