摘要
以新时期佛山经济转型与产业升级和高技能人才短缺之间的矛盾为背景,从宏观和微观两个层面分析校企合作存在的问题,并以高职教育与企业培训资源互补为切入点,提出构建基于双向合作会员制的校企互嵌人才培养模式。
This paper sets out to analyze the problems existing in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises from the macro and micro perspectives under the background of the conflict between the economic transformation and upgrade of industries in Foshan and the city＇s shortage of highly skilled talents.Enlightened by the complementary resources between higher vocational education and company training,it subsequently puts forward the college-enterprise mutually embedded cooperative mode of talent cultivation based on the mutual cooperative membership system.
