摘要
目的:探讨脾虚泄泻患者肠道念珠菌群的生态变化,为脾虚泄泻证的防治提供理论依据。方法:受试者分为正常对照组和脾虚泄泻组,共两组,每组40例。无菌称取受试者新鲜粪便标本,稀释至所需浓度后,分别取0.05 m L、0.1m L接种于科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基和沙保氏培养基表面,培养后计数种类及菌落数。结果:脾虚泄泻组粪便中的念珠菌检出率显著高于正常对照组,其中白色念珠菌检出率高达82.5%,男性患者粪便中的光滑念珠菌和克柔念珠菌检出率明显高于女性;沙保氏培养基表面生长的粪便活菌数明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:脾虚泄泻患者的肠道群菌失调,粪便中念珠菌种类检出率增高,活菌数明显多于正常健康者。
Objective: To investigate the changes of intestinal Candida ecological groups in diarrhea with spleen deficiency and provide the theory basis for the prevention and treatment of diarrhea with spleen deficiency. Methods: The subjects were divided into 2 groups: normal control group and diarrhea with spleen deficiency group,40 cases in each group. Sterile weighed fresh stool samples of the subjects were diluted to the required concentration,which were taken with 0. 05 m L,0. 1 m L on CHRO Magar and Sabouraud medium surface and then cultured,and the species and colonies were counted. Results: The detection rate of Candida in feces of diarrhea with spleen deficiency group was significantly higher than that of the normal control group. The detection rate of Candida albicans was as high as 82. 5%. The feces of Candida glabrata and Candida krusei detection rate in male patients were significantly higher than that in female,and growth of fecal bacteria number on sabourouds culture based surface was significantly higher than that in normal control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The intestinal microbial flora in patients with diarrhea with spleen deficiency was in disorder. The detection rate of Candida species in feces was higher,and the number of viable bacteria was significantly higher than that of healthy people.
