摘要
目的:评价科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基在临床念珠菌鉴定中的应用价值。方法:75株念珠菌分别用科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基和API 20C AUX进行鉴定,并对两种方法鉴定结果做统计比较。结果:两种方法鉴定出的四种临床常见念珠菌——白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、克柔念珠菌差异无统计学意义,采用χ2检验,P>0.05。其中科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基有5株鉴定为其他念珠菌(培养基上菌落只显白色),API 20C AUC有4株鉴定为其他念珠菌。科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基与API 20C AUX鉴定符合率达98.5%。结论:科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基能快速分离培养鉴定临床常见念珠菌,鉴定结果准确可靠。
Objective：To evalute CHROM agar candida colored medium in clinical monilia appraisal of application value.Methods：75 strains canadida were appraised by CHROM agar chromogeinc culture medium and API 20 C AUX,and the two appraisal result was compared with statistical method.Results：There was non-singnificae and makes the statistical compared difference used two methods appraise four kinds Candida of clinical common of Candida albicans,Candida tropicalis,Candida glabrata and Candida krusei,used the chi-square test,P〉0.05.5 strains were appraised for other canadida（on culture medium only obviously white） of CHROM agar candida colored culture medium,4 strains were appraised for other canadida of API 20C AUX.CHROM agar colored culture medium and API 20C AUX appraisal coincidence rate reached 98.5%.Conclusion：CHROM agar colored culture medium can fast culture,separate and appraisal clinical common canadida,appraisal result accurate reliable.
