摘要
目的比较科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基(CHROMAgarCandida)和VITEK真菌鉴定卡鉴定出的念珠菌的符合程度。方法250株念珠菌用科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基培养分离鉴定出白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、克柔念珠菌,并用VITEK真菌鉴定卡鉴定该4种念珠菌做统计比较。结果两法鉴定的白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、克柔念珠菌,无显著性差异,用χ2检验P值均>0.05。另有10株科玛嘉显色培养基上显色,被VITEK真菌鉴定卡鉴定为其它念珠菌,科玛嘉显色培养基鉴定念珠菌的特异性为96%(240/250),灵敏度为100%。结论科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基具有快速培养分离和鉴定念珠菌的功能。
Objective To compare the coincidence rate of CHROM agar Candida and VITEK fungus appraisal card for clinical specimen candida. Methods The Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Candida glabrata and Candida krusei were appraised in 250 strains of Candida by CHROM agar Candida and VITEK fungus appraisal card respectively, and the result was compared with statistical method. Results There was not significant difference in the appraisal of the four strains between the two methods （P 〉0.05）. 10 strains colored in CHROM agar Candida were appraised other candida by VITEK fungus appraisal card, The accuracy rating and sensitivity was 96% （240/250） and 100%. Conclusions CHROM agar Candida has functions of fast culture, separation and appraisal for Candida.
