心理暗示在高校舞蹈形体课教学中的运用分析 被引量:4

摘要 舞蹈形体课作为高校教育体系中的重要组成部分,对学生道德情操、思想情感的陶冶,人文素养的培养,身体形态的规范,具有十分重要的意义。当前大部分高校在开展舞蹈形体课程教学过程中,还存在一些问题,严重影响教学效果,不利学生的综合发展。舞蹈心理教育与舞蹈形体教学具有密切的关系,在实际课程教学中运用心理暗示,是舞蹈形体课教学的全新尝试,可以有效支撑相关的心理咨询技术与原理、心理学知识等,促进教学设计与课程开发能力的提升,实现良好的教学效果。文章就心理暗示在高校舞蹈形体课教学中的运用,进行分析和探讨。 As an important part of college education system,dance physique class has a very important significance to the students' moral character,the cultivation of humanistic quality and the standard of physical form. At present,most colleges and universities have some problems with the teaching process of dance physique class,which has a serious impact on the teaching effect and the comprehensive development of the students. Dance physique teaching is closely related to dance psychological education.The application of psychological suggestion in practical teaching is a new attempt of dance physique teaching,which can effectively support the related psychological counseling technique and principle,and psychological knowledge,and increase the ability of teaching design and curriculum development,thus achieving good teaching effect. This paper analyzes and discusses the application of psychological suggestion in the teaching of dance physique colleges and universities.
