摘要
对体育课中学生心理负荷进行分析与评定,有利于提高体育教学的质量和效果及实施体育教学科学化。通过对学生心理负荷的定量描述,并进行综合评价,为体育教师提供心理负荷测试的工具和综合评价的方法。
Analysis and assessment of students" mental burden in P. E. courses is propitious to improve the quality and result of P. E. teaching and to carry out scientific P.E. Teaching. The quantitative description and the integrated assessment of students" mental burthen in this article provide P. E. teaching with the tool for the test of mental burthen and the means for the integrated assessment.
