The Leadership of Knowledge and the Development of Students' Core Quality

摘要 分析《中国学生发展核心素养》的内涵显示,知识、能力与人格的耦合要成为今后中国学生发展的核心目标,也即知能层面的板块知识、方法、思想和人格层面的责任、精神和勇气应成为教育教学的重要目标。如此就需要改变常规性授受型教学范式,通过教师能力昭引及赋权增能,让学生做小老师,以众创模式来开展领导型教学活动。也即从知识传授走向知识领导。在此过程中,教师要率先垂范,在知识及人格层面都做好榜样。分析表明,领导型教学契合了教育的原初意义,也能使传统文化和时代精神更好发挥。 According to the analysis of the content of The Development of Chinese Students' Core Quality,the combination of knowledge,ability and personality is becoming the core goal of Chinese students' development in the future,so as sector knowledge,methods,ideas in the knowledge level and responsibility,spirit and courage in the personality level should become an important goal of teaching. Thus, instead of the conventional teaching-learning paradigm,we need to let the student be a teacher via teacher's ability and empowerment,to carry out directing teaching activities based on the multi-innovation mode, realizing the transfer from the knowledge teaching to the knowledge leading. In this process,teachers should set a good example in both knowledge and personality aspects. The analysis also shows that the leadership teaching does not only echo with the original meaning of education,but also further develops the traditional culture and the spirit of the times.
