摘要
目的探讨案例教学法提高护士中医专科能力的研究效果。方法选择我院在职护士124名,分为试验组和对照组,每组62名,试验组采用案例教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。通过比较2组学员理论和临床实践考核成绩;制定教学效果问卷,教学活动结束后发放问卷,调查2种教学法效果评价。结果试验组学员的理论成绩(83.69±4.28)分和实践考试成绩(83.15±3.71)分明显高于对照组(76.60±3.50)分,(71.75±6.25)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);问卷调查结果表明,学员在学习兴趣(3.62±0.38)vs(1.91±0.76)、中医临床思维能力(3.63±0.35)vs(2.18±0.65)、对临床资料的护理分析能力(3.73±0.27)vs(2.05±0.76)、运用中医护理技术独立解决问题的能力(3.51±0.48)vs(2.16±0.78)、提高自学能力(3.62±0.23)vs(2.53±0.82)、减轻学习负担(3.66±0.33)vs(2.37±0.54)、2种教学方法的满意程度(3.48±0.34)vs(2.47±0.57)7个方面显示案例教学法明显高于传统教学法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论案例教学法提高中医护理在职教育效率,有效缩短课堂与临床距离,提高护士中医专科能力。
Objective To explore the effect of the case teaching method on improving nurses' Chinese medicine nursing ability. Method A total of 124 nurses were divided into experimental group and control group, with 62 in each group. Experimental group adopted the case teaching method and control group traditional teaching method. Nurses' theoretic test performance, clinical practice assessment results and a questionnaire were used to investigate the effectiveness of two teaching methods. Results Nurses in experimental group performed better in theoretic test 83.69±4.28 VS 76.60+3.50 and clinical practice assessment 83.15±3.71 VS 71.75±6.25 than those in control group (P〈0.001) and the difference was statistically significant. The results of questionnaire survey showed that in seven aspects including learning interest 3.62±0.38 vs 1.91±0.76, clinical thinking ability of TCM 3.63±0.35 vs 2.18±0.65, nursing ability of clinical data 3.73±0.27 vs 2.05±0.76, solving problems through TCM technique 3.51±0.48 vs 2.16±0.78, improving self-learning ability 3.62±0.23 vs 2.53±0.82, reducing learning burden 3.66±0.33 vs 2.37±0.54, satisfaction with two teaching methods 3.48±0.34 vs 2.47±0.57, the case teaching method was significantly better than traditional teaching method (P〈0.001). Conclusion Case teaching method is effective for improving the efficiency of in-service education of Chinese medicine care and improving nurses' Chinese medicine nursing ability.
