案例教学提升低年资护士中医辨证施护能力研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨案例教学提升低年资护士辨证施护能力的作用。方法 选择临床护理工作年限少于3年的低年资护士80名作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分入对照组与试验组,每组40人。对照组护士实施常规教学法,试验组护士实施案例教学。比较两组护士参与教学后的理论知识成绩和实施中医辨证施护能力考核成绩;不记名调查2组护士2种教学法对提升辩证施护能力的效果和教学满意度。结果 试验组护士的理论知识、辨证施护能力及教学满意度均高于对照组(p=0.000)。结论 实施案例教学有利于提升低年资护士的辨证施护能力,提高护士满意度。 Objective To explore the role of case teaching in improving the nursing ability of junior nurses in syndrome differentiation. Methods 80 junior nurses with less than 3 years of clinical nursing experience were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 nurses per group. Nurses in the control group implemented conventional teaching method, while nurses in the experimental group implemented case teaching. The theoretical knowledge scores and the assessment results of nursing ability in syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine were compared between the two groups. The effect and teaching satisfaction of two teaching methods of two groups of nurses on improving dialectical nursing ability were investigated anonymously. Results The theoretical knowledge, dialectical nursing ability and teaching satisfaction of the nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(p=0.000). Conclusion The implementation of case teaching is beneficial to improve the ability of dialectical nursing of junior nurses and improve their satisfaction.
